Help Whats Up With My Gobie

OK here it is my gobie was sifting sand and swimming pretty good a little hard to breath, but doing good.
On both sides its reddish color like something hit him.
I only caught it like an hour ago and pulled him out of the tank and placed him in my QT tank.last night about 8 30 was the last time i saw him and he looked fine.
My tank is 150 gallon,up for a year.i only got the gobie about 2 weeks ago,and the other one looks fine.In the tank is a green carpet,rose bubble tip,condi,leather,frogsprawn,mushrooms,some zoos,maroon clown,2 green cromis,2 blue devils.yellow tang.blue hippo tang,powder blue tang,humbug.
It was QT for a week and i havent tried any meds yet
water par. am 0 nit 0 nitrates 0 ph 8.2 temp 79 - 81
Im feeding him flake,and frozen twice a week along with cyclopeeze once a day.Also adding marine snow.
