help! whats wrong with this condy?

I just noticed the tenacles on my condy are puffed up and he has small dark circles around them and in the round circles it is completly clear. He just started this and I'm not sure what's going on. The water is great, and I haven't added anything that could pollute the tank. any ideas?

Is he ok now? or still having problems.
My guess is that he is simply growing his zooxanthellae. If however something else is going on then please discribe.

yes, he's fine now. I have never seen him do that before though, so I freaked out. How often do they do this?

Not sure, every tank is different, I did have two of these anemones but it was about 5 years ago and they are long gone.
