Ick? Check the disease forum and compare what is on your fish with the pictures there.
Post a picture if you can. Are they young clowns? Because if they are more than likely they are crack addicts, i've read somewhere that juvenile clowns have a really bad drug habbit, and that you should probably check under some of your LR to ensure they aren't stashing things under there. Also start to lock you medicine cabinets - that is the new thing these kids are into now-adays, taking your prescription medicines. Watchout, nextime you wakeup and look at your tank you may find some arthritus

I agree if its white dots, if its white film type stuff you may be looking at a fungal/bacterial infection of some kind. But Sep or Beth would be the ones to ask in the disese forums, but they are going to ask for a pic.

if it looks like the skin is ripped or little pices hanging off, clown fish will clean a pice of your rock to lay eggs, without a pic i couldnt tell you though, if its a MASS of some sort this isnt the case, if its just white they are probly about to mate or already did, the smaller of the 2 will stay with the eggs most of the time if he comes up missing look for him hell be with the eggs
, but like i said befor if its a mass, then something is wrong
