Help with a New Lighting System

I am thinking about replacing my 72" T5 light for my 150 gallon reef tank. A friend has recommended the Marineland Pro Lighting which contains:
Marineland Pro 72" Length
3 - 150 watt 14,000K HQI metal halide lamps
6 - 1 watt LED accent lights
8 - 39 watt HO T5 actinic lamps
I have also found the AquaticLife G12 HID light fixture which has:

Aquatic LifeLight 72" 3-150W HID
4-T5 HO 6 Lunar

(4) 36" T5 HO 39W 420/460 Lamps
(3) G12 150W 10,000K Lamp
(6) 1W Lunar LED's

I am worried that the MH lamps will cause the water temp to raise too much and I will end up spending more on a chiller. I also know basicly nothing about G12 lighting. Is the AquaticLife fixture good for a reef tank? Will they also make the water temp go up? Both these systems have built in timers that I really like. There is one plug for all three lamps compared to the 3 plugs that I have now. If anyone has one of these fixtures or can provide me with any information, please let me know. I have also included the web pages for both of these companies.
