Help with a pair of fire clown

Hi, I got a pair of fire clown (the only clowns that dont have a stripe) on saturday for $12 each.... They look healthy and are eating since I got them. They are about 1-1/2 inch.
However, 1 of the clowns (the bad clown) is picking on the other clown (good clown). He is kissing the other one on the body and also hits it with its tail.... The good clown mostly stays hiding but sometimes comes out.
Is this normal ?

Yes this is normal , they are having a dominance role play as the female is showing who`s boss.

Yes and should stop a while as long as there are no nipped fins on the male you will be fine and they will behave male submits .
