ok i just set it up put all water in tank and put filter on filled it with water and plugged it in.no water goes up the u tube so my question is how do i get it started?
Did you fill the filter itself up until it starts to sill over the spillway lip.......You can look in the side and see if your impeller is turning (at least you can on the AC500).
