help with algae

My tank has been running for about 2 1/2 years. In the past few months it has gone down hill. I need to figure out what to do. I have researched this site and have seen different suggestions. I have lots of hair algae, green algae on my rocks and sand bed and a horrible outbreak of bubble algae. I have tried poly ox to treat the bubble algae and this didn't really work. My tank looks horrible, what do I need to do to fix this problem? Do I need to take everything out of the tank and rebuild it? If so, will this get rid of the bubble algae? My tank is 130 gallons, I have probably about 200 lbs of live rock and a 2 - 3 inch sand bed. I think my problem started with a horrible warm that got into my tank with new l/r I bought several months ago, he got big enough and started killing my clean up crew and eating them. I need suggestions, I'm getting desparate and about to call the saltwater fish store to come take care of the problem...Thanks! Also everytime I clean out the protein skimmer, it fills with bubbles/dirty water very quickly. I have a DAS tank, so the filtration system is built in.

Hello, and welcome!
Please detail info about your tank, size, filters used, lighting, sand, water used. Every bit of info you can detail. How thick is your sand, what kind is it? Brand of skimmer. Are you using powerheads.
What did that worm look like? Whatever it was, I can just about garantee you that it has nothing to do with your problem.
Post up all of your water readings including phosphate, nitrate, salinity, pH. What animals do you have in the tank.
