help with bi-color angel

i have a bi-color angel, he got iches so, i put him in a 10 gallons tank and do a hyposalinity, is been almost 3 weeks, there is no visible iches, but there is like some white place on him, is look like some scales are off.
i am not sure what happening, he ate like a pig, and no other symptoms. ???? is it fungus???,
fungus will look like a white patches right?, but it isn't. he is with the coral beauty in that tank.

PLEASE How big your tank is???? Did Bi-color and Coral Beauty fight eachothers? (Very curious)
About white patch.... Is it on top of fin or on the edge area??

ohh, no they didn't fight each other, is on the black place of the bi-color angel, and they are pretty small, about 2 diameter of quarter. they in 10 gallons tank.
