help with biocube 14 !!?!?!?!?

I just started my biocube 3 months ago and just acclimated 3 turbo snails and a peppermint shrimp. But the shrimp is hiding and the snails are not moving ??!! HELP!?!?!

Do you have any test kits? Test your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH...

I have tested it at my lfs and do snails move on sand ?

You really need your own test kits.
Peppermint shrimp hide and are usually nocturnal. It is common not to see them much once they're in your tank.
Yes, snails can move on sand. Have they moved at all since you added them? How did you add/acclimate them?
What is your salinity?
