Help with city water report

I need someone to help me read my city water report. I want to get an idea how to read it, how bad it is?. If anyone can explain it to me in a 2nd grade level please. Thank you for your time.

That report is hard to read and they do not test for a few things you should be concerned with (like phosphates & silicates)
Try http://www.epa.gov/safewater/dwinfo.htm to see if you can find your water company
A couple things from the report you have;
The first column (Average) is an average of all the tests preformed
The second (Range) is the high and lows out of the tests preformed
The third (Primary MCL) is the highest level allowed
And the last column is their goal
