Help with clownfish

Hi Everyone,
Quick question? I am a newbiw to saltwater about 6 mths into it anyway my water conditions are perfect and I have a crab,2 damsels, 2 turbo snails for about 3 mths now but everytime I buy a clown fish to add to the tank the poor thing dies

. I acalamet the fish and do everything right I don't understand do they need the anemone to live?

I have some questions for you...
What are your levels? I know you said perfect, but elaboration might be helpful.
How did you acclimate it?
How long did you have it before it died?
What size tank?
It just be a bad fish from the lfs...
Clownfish do not need anemones for survival.
