Help with Coral that popped up on live rock

This Coral or whatever it is starting popping up on my live rock after a couple years. I really do not know what it is, but I do not have any other coral because my lighting is just regular florescent lighting. My gold banded maroon clown loves to play around it though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

it could be an manjano anemone

Thanks TeresaQ- it does look a lot like the strawberry anemone. I looked closer at it and I can see the little mouth in the middle. So are these anemones good to have in the tank and should there be anything special I can do to keep it healthy?
