Help with crab please

Right now I have a hitchhiker crab in my live rock that I want to get out. I have the rock sitting in a bucket with fresh water right now.
Any body know how to force him out?

well..... why did u want him out first of all. and second i dont know for sure but if its in a bucket of fresh water it is prolly dead. how big was it? it could go inside the rock? this tells me it was pretty small. are u sure it was a crab? what ever it was is prolly dead now.

It is a gorilla crab... I put the rock back in my tank. i dont want it because I hear it can be harmful to my coral in the future. I have a feeling it is still alive

you can try placing a small piece of raw shrimp near the rock at night and he will come out and munch on it. that may be a good time to catch him if you are quick enough.
