help with filtration on a 20gal

I need help with what filtration to use on a 20gal nano that i am making. What is best filtration to use, I am thinking that i would put about 25lbs of live rock in the tank and deep sand bed, and a power filter. Use the live rock as the filtration, and maybe a powerhead, any suggestions.

i use a fluval 304 for my 30gal . good luck with your choice
