Help with fish Pop-Eye

Hi everyone,
So I have all my fish in QT for a 30 day Ich treatment. Well now I noticed the Damsel has a Pop Eye type infection. So now the damsel is in a "Sub-QT". I just put some Epsom salt in there as I read this can help drain the fluid. I plan on doing daily water changes in the Sub-QT.
Questions:
1. Is the Epsom Salt good or is that just internet junk advice?
2. What products have you guys used to treat this?
3. What happens if other fish in my main QT start getting this? Can I medicate for the Pop-Eye while treating with Hyposalinity for the Ich.
Thanks everyone.

If it's unilateral, it could be due to an injury, but if it's bilateral, it's likely an infecton and should be treated with a good broad spectrum antibiotic such as Furan 2.
You could also use Acetazolamide (Diamox) to relive the edema, but you need to get it from the vet. The stuff is great to have around, and is used a lot in SH husbandry.
