Help with Frogspawn

If your friend had problems with the torch, it sounds like it might have gotten too hot during shipping. If you acclimated properly, poor shipping conditions could be your problem. See if you can get some sort of credit back from the supplier.

I think the packaging was gone well. It was overnighted by a reputable (thought I can't mention here) online supplier. Even packed with cool pads. I checked the temp in the box when I opened it and it was about 78 degrees. Delivered about 10:00 AM.
Truly, I think the torch was just in trouble before shipped. It was packed Thursday and arrived Friday. Yet the water was really murky and it smelled bad when i opened the bag.
Now, the frogspawn seemed to be just fine. A two hour acclimation process and yet, he's still very much in trouble. 2 of the 4 branches are dead (they are from the same branch). One of the remaining is doing pretty badly. The 4th is in trouble. But, we'll see.
And before another LPS goes in, I'll have my water conditions much more optimal.
