i have a 30 gallon tank. all water tests are in right ranges.got 2- 1-1 1/2 inch false percs 10 days ago large one has 3 white spots(looks same as freshwater ick never seen salt water ich)for 8 of the 10 days i have had her.they have not fallen off or moved or got bigger in this time.eating fine been feeding garlic soaked food. is it possible for it to get better on its own? i do not want to quarentine it because i will be moving in 4 months(building new house).and plan on upgrading to 72 gallon bowfront.so i would hypo them after moving inverts and rock to new tank and let new one go fallow for 1 -2 months. i am also wanting to add a pygmy angel in next month if clown gets better. as long as it doesn't get worse does this sound like a bad idea? if i have to i can use spare 30 gallon. but really dont want to go through all that work now when it would be happening anyways in 4 months. thanks for any opinions.

its not spreading at all and they arent falling off. unless it takes longer than 10 days to happen. so what if any is the treatment for the other disease. i am feeding garlic soaked food twice daily.is this even recommended for this other disease. the onlt fluctuations ive had is alk was at 7 when i got them and ive since brought it up to 11. and ive been adding calcium was at 240 now at 400. both these were done slowly.
