help with kelin butterfly

he eating ok, but his fins and tails have some white spots, are those fungus or iches???? and he hiding a little bit more, than usual, what should i do? other fishes, in the tanks, (yellow tang, 2 damsels and maroon clown) are all ok, the tank is 55 gallons tank.

Do these spots look like salt that has been sprinkled on the fish? Are the fish scratching against rocks?

yes, those spots, look like salt sprinkle on the fish. it also on tang too 8(. if it is iches, what should i do? and i heard garlic would cure it, but, can anybody tell me exactly what kind of garlic i have to buy.

i have kelin butterfly and yellow tang they both got iches, getting many,so i tried to freshwater dip, and they aren't moving when i put it into the freshwater, i tried to put the pump in also so they can breath better, is that usual? and i dip about 3 minutes and those iches still there, 8(, what to do. i am afraid they going to die in that freshwater. the stores are close today so, i am heading out tomorrow to buy garlic exlair, and feed them. should i continuous with freshwater dip???
