Help with Lemon Peel Angel

My LP has been very "slothy". It lays on the bottom of the tank on its side.
It is not breathing heavy, no signs of spots or anything. The color is normal looking. All the fins look in great .
Any ideas? When I go upto the tank, the LP will swim a little distance, then lay between some rock.
I check my water quality:
Amonia = 0
Trates = 0
Trites = 0
Alk = 2.8 mil/eq
Phosphates = .05
PH = 8.2
Temp = 81f
SG = 1.022
Any ideas what is happening to him?

Did this just start? Has the fish been normal til now? How long has the fish been in the tank?
Any new additions to the tank? What are you feeding your fish?

Hi Beth,
The LP's action started this morning. He was fine yesterday.
He has been in the tank for about 8 - 10 weeks.
No new fish have been introduced. I feed my fish frozen food. A mixture of Emerald Green and plankton/brine shrimp. I also add some garlic and Kent Marine ZOE.
Once a week, I will put some seaweed on a clip.
I just looked at the LP again, and now he is swimming around, but not as fast as he has in the past. He still rests on rocks and the sand floor, but is not on his side as before.
When he swims, he is not bumping into anything, and does not seem disoriented.
Thanks for the help

Anyone else have any ideas? Today he is curled up on the tank floor. When I lift him up, he swims upside down in circles then rests back again on the floor.
He is starting to turn more orange. Still he is not breathing heavy, and no signs of any spots. I think he is going to die.
Does anyone know what could of happened? Is it old age? What is the best way to dispose of a fish to keep them from sufering?
Please help

Was he still eating? I don't know too much about diseases, but could it have been something internal? Bo

He stopped eating yesterday night.
I watched all today. The last few minutes of his llife, he started going into convultions, and shook, then died.
I did notice red lines on his side fins near the body and tail.
After doing some reading, it may have been lateril line disease. Not much one could of done.
