Help with lighting for my lion.

Ive began to set up my new FOWLR 70gal tank which will be housing a volitans lionfish and 50lbs of live rock. Everything is going well with the set up so far. I don't have my live rock or lionfish yet but will be getting both in the weeks to come. Im at the lighting stage and I need a hand to pick one out. The features I want are to follow:
-2 on switches, 1 on for white (daytime) light and 1 for blue (dawn/dusk) light
-Perhaps a timer for each so they can turn on automatically
I want something with those features and with the power to make my live rock grow but not blind my lionfish. Moneys not really and issue but cheaper is better.
Thanks in advance.

You could do a retro-fit power compact and set it up with blue and white lights on dual times.
But for a Lion (thet don't like bright lights)...I'd do a plain old flourescent strip with a 50/50 bulb with 10k and blue.

if money isnt an issue you should definantly do yourself a favor and upgrade to at least a 125 for a volitan lion.. a 70 just isnt going to cut it for very long, especially with rock in there..
other than that just get a nice power compact daylight and actinic with two switches.. alot of peopel make them..
