Help with lighting question

Ok, I need help with another lighting question.....
I currently have a dual 400 MH ballast running over my 84 gallon. It has quick connect cords to the socket/reflectors, but I am not sure what kind they are... My problem is that the ballast is going bad, I believe, with one of the lights flipping off and on during the day.
If this is true, and the ballast is going bad, I would like to get another ballast or ballasts that have the same type of connector. I have found reference online to a pfo style that looks like three round pins, mine is not that. Mine instead has three flat pins (sorry, no picture right now).
If any one has any ideas, please help me out, as I have some corals that I need to replace the lights to keep alive.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, I believe so, however, I am looking for the type of connector that runs from the ballast to the socket/reflector. It is a quick connect of some type that I would like to use if possible, and not have to perform 'wire surgery.' Not hard, just a hassle that I'd like to avoid if possible. THanks, though, for the input.

I believe my ice cap ballasts are that way but not 100% sure as I'm not up on the wiring portion of lighting.
Love the ice cap EXCEPT it doesn't have a rocker on/off switch on the ballast itself. Kind of a pain if the power goes out as the bulb needs time to cool before it comes back on and you can't just flip the rocker switch (yeah can on the power outlet thing but...)

have you checked electrical supply stores? I dont know exactly what you are reffering to but mine came with industrial type disconnects when I bought them
