help with lighting

I have one 96 watt Actinic and one 96 watt 10K compact fluorescent lamp double strip made by coralife for lighting my 65gal. I have a few soft corals that all seem to be doing fine.
If I wanted to upgrade with a similar setup with mounting legs does anyone have any suggestions ?
I keep seeing T5's mentioned on here. What is the difference and what would I gain ?

The biggest difference IMO between PC and T5 lighting is that T5 lights are much cheaper to operate long term. Lamp changes in PC systems can get very expensive. T5 lamps have to be changed only about 1/3 to 1/4 as often, resulting in much less operational cost.
