Help with lionfish

A couple of days my koran angel suddenly died. I've had him for about 6 months and he started turning white and died. I feed him a variety of foods and also added vitamins. Now my volitan lion is in trouble. He had ick all over him and his fins are rotting. I added some medicine to the tank yesterday morning and he looks like he's shedding off his slime coat. Should I leave him alone or do a freshwater dip? Any other suggestions?

Describe exactly what "ick" symptoms you see and what medication you used. Also, did you add a new fish resently? Did you medicate you main tank, and, if so, what type of tank is it? Give some more tank info, like age, type, what is in it and water readings.

Beth is right on the money -w/ her line of questions.
You are being too vague. More info will assist us in getting a better idea what this fish has.
Already it reads like the lion has a bad bacterial infections (the rotting fins), you've added something pretty harsh to the water if your observing the lions cuticle shedding as well.

Also you are going to want to quarantine the fis.. dont treat them in the main tank
