Help with MH

I think i am getting a deal (good/bad, don't know) on a MH pendant. This will be either used as the only one over a 20Long or a 20H. Suggestion's ? I'll post more detail's as I get them.
Detail's :
custom sealife pendant. 175W. Has a clear glass/shield on the bottom. Its used for 1 year with a brand new bulb included.
