Help with my Duncan

I got a Duncan frag over the weekend, 4 heads and I'm not sure where to put it in the tank. I read it doesn't like a lot of light or a lot of flow. I tried to put it in the sand but it looked droopy. Then I moved it up on a rock and it's looking a little better now but I think there's a little too much flow for it. Any suggestions on placement or what it needs? My calcium is at 400, 1.025 salinity, pH 8.3
I wanted a Duncan because this tank doesn't have very good lighting, it only has PC lights. So I'm sticking mainly with corals that don't need a lot of light.

I'm running 130w PC on a 20L tank - 12" deep. I have my Duncan about 4" from the top of the tank and in flow that blows its tentacles around. It's extremely happy. Started w/ 1 head, less than a month ago. I've now got 4 more on the way.
Though it's not necessary as I understand it, I spotfeed Mysis or Arctipods once a week or so as well. If nothing else, it's cool to watch it eat.

Just picked up a frag the other day. 29 gallon bio cube, stock lighting, and pump. The pump creates a ton of flow all over the tank, hard to avoid it. It is about mid-level, on a rock, gets lots of light and flow. It opened within an hour being acclimated and ate brine that same night. Only about a week in but so far so good.
