Leathers are funny creatures, they don't take to change very well. If it is newly acquired it can take many days to get acclimated. Some on the other hand will bounce back quickly. Also moving it around can cause it to shrivel up. It actually looks good, give it more time to adjust to the flow, water conditions, lighting and it will perk up. I have a devils hand that will do the same thing if it is shedding its skin.
Run carbon in the tank, to take out any impurities if it is shedding. This will help speed up the process.

+1. Moving them around or shedding can cause them to draw up for up to a week or two. Let them adjust, they should come back and be happy again.

Dont worry about your leather. Its probley going through the molting stage. This will happpen from time to time. Make sure you are feeding your leather enough iodine beacuse leather thrive on iodine.
