Help with new clown

I got two false percs the other day. One is healthy and eating and doing great. However, the other one doesn't seem to be doing that well. he mainly swims on one spots and so far he hasn't eaten at all. Also there is a white stringy stuff coming out of its anus. I have seen this before when I had my sebae clown. After awhile my sebae was fine. But I just want to know, is this something that I need to be concern about? Or is it just not acclimating well to the new environment type of thing?
Please help. I need your help. Anyone, please...

Hey! I am still kinda new at this but I have had a clown for about 6 months now.. and to me he seems very tempermental. Sometimes he hangs around his favorite rock and even hides under it for several days and barely eats but then sometimes he is all over the tank exploring and "dancing" (thats how I describe the way he stays in one place and swims ) They seem very moody! I wouldnt worry too much unless it persists. The white stringy thing I cant help you on.. I would watch that closely too!! Hope I could help a little!
