help with pump mounting and scwd

Ok so i just bought a external pump rated for 1140gph whats the best way to mount and should i use the scwd (i hear they die after 6 months.
my questions are whats the best way to mount the pump.and should i use full 1 inch pvc or clear tubing? i want the pump to branch off into 2 on both sides of the tank with out much pressure loss.
please give me some ideas.so it done right the first time:joy:

I dont suggest using the clear tubing. I did it and regret it as algae is forming inside wherever light is allowed and now Im facing re-plumbing it. The algae creates flow irregularity issues for sumps etc.

Ya i think i wont use the clear tubing.the pump calls for 1 inch tubing but has reducers for 1/2 inch what would be better?Also how thick of a rubber pad should i use to cut down on vibration?
