I just had to replace some parts on my ro/di and after I replaced them the flow seems to be coming out way to fast. I also replaced some of the di resin when I had it apart. what should I look for to make sure it is put together correctly? it is a 100g gallon per day unit. from water general

its a pretty steady stream. i cant remember how it was when i got it. it did seem like before it broke that it was taking a little longer to fill up a same size tub

Well, 100gph I'm assuming is the manufactures claim for the output, at optimum conditions (pressure, temp, etc). So realistically you should be making anywhere from about 3 gallons to 5 gallons (warmer then recommended temp will make more water then rated for, I believe) per hour. Time it, get a spare 5 gal bucket and see how much you make in an hour.
My 75gpd is a steady stream. Was it just dip before? And I'm sure you're smarter then this, but you did plumb everything back correctly? You aren't like using the RO output?

aqua it has arrows pointing in the direction of flow, so I am sure that it is plumbed correctly but I will double check when i get home. I will feel like an idiot if it is plumbed backwards.
keebler unfortunately I dont have a tds meter
