A Specific Gravity of 1.030 at 80F is a bit high but nothing to worry about. Just replace a gallon of saltwater with a gallon of freshwater every day until it's down to 1.028 or whatever you want to maintain it at.
A high Salinity is far less damaging to corals and other invertebrates than a low Salinity.
