help with seahorses

i have seahorses one has just died and i am tring to save the other one. they are not eating and just laying around inthe tank.they were doing great and with in 24 hrs started all this. they are also breathing fast the one that died had a gold color on his gills. my water levels are all good i don't know what to do.. help....

Please post exact water test readings..include specific gravity.
How long have you had the seahorses and where did you purchase them?

might not be enough water circulation in the tank and they cant breath cause theres no oxygen,
