Help with testing... alkalinity

i got this seachem test kit liquid and i got a total of 8 drops until the water turned yellow, it said count the drops until the blue water turns yellow. then it said devide that by 2 so that would be 4meq/L and it states aquarium water should be at or around 4-6meq/L total alkalinity. so am i good to roll out is that a good score? dunno anything about akalinity.

Typical values of sea water @ 1.026 are Alkalinity 2.5 - 4 meq/l and Calcium 380 - 420 ppm.Its ok to have these values a bit higher to compensate for loss but more importantly to have balance ions of alk and cal.
