Help with Tunze

I bought a Tunze 2 months ago but did not take it out of the box to set up until now... Put in tank, and plugged in - nothing!
I can't return it after so long... and chance anyone would know what the problem could be and how to fix?

What model is it? Some people have had problems with nanostreams starting.
