A rundown..I have a 60 gallon custom acrylic tank. Its 38" in height and mounted about 4.5" off the ground its at eye level.I have a Living Color artificial coral overflow tank cover..Fish only tank, live sand at the bottom some anenomes,puffers,tangs,starfish..It is custom mounted inside a wall/entertainment center we built here at my house.Being that the tank is so deep im having some issues with getting water flow to the bottom of the tank.I dont want to add any internal pumps/powerheads to the bottom of the tank.I now have 4 water outlets from the top disbursed through the tank. But i am unhappy with my water flow.I have a mag 18 pump in the sump. The mag 18 its T'd off with pvc all 1" with 1" ball valves.1 end of the t goes through the chiller and to a Y leading through the overflow..on the other end of the T is a UV sterylizer with the zig zag pattern through the sterylizer the 2 Y together under the tank then go to a check valvethen they soot through the overflow at the top they hit a T left and right side each has 2 outlets into the tank...Im not happy with the flow to the bottom of my tank and the pressue coming out of the outlets..Everythign is a..3/4...is there any suggestions someone can make to my plumbing where they see errors? Or do i simply need a stronger pump.Im trying to get the flow to the bottom fo the tank to create and undertoe so i dont get waste settling down..Any help would be appreciated.
