Zoos do fine under strong light, so moving them shouldn't effect them unless you moved them to high to quickly. They need to be acclaimated to the stronger lighting. Water change is a good thing as long as the water you changed out is the same temp,, salinity as what you took out. Zoos are forgiving, move them down and move up slowly, as long as the polops are still there, you should be fine. Watch the flow, not to much. I have some that seem to like more then others, but like higher lighting, alittle at a time so they aren't shocked with sudden changes.
