Help Yellow Tang

I did the nitrite nitrate PH and ammonia tests and they are where they always are. Today I cleaned out the skimmer. All I did was dump out the cup and use hot water to rinse it out. Then a clean towel to dry it out. Also today, my husband moved some live rock and repositioned it. Other than they just feeding like normal.
Our purple tang has been going under the rock with the eel. Is that something to be worried about???
A clarkii clown is now breathing heavily.
My yellow tang all of a sudden went upside down but yet still breathing.
What would cause this? Anybody know? Would cleaning the skimmer do this???
Please help. If you know and you don't mind making a phone call we can be reached at 507 565 1137. Don't worry about the time you call, we work nites and will be up. Otherwise we can also be reached at 507 521 0578. Thanks

Test your water and post all of your parameters here and the answer will likely be found. You need salinity and temp readings also. Moving the rock in a tank with inadequate flow could stir up heavy nitrates from a "dead spot" which could temporarily shock some fish. GL
