i have a torch coral and it was doing well for a while but i just noticed today when i came home from work that 1/3 of the tentacles are retracted into the coral!! the light had been on since morning, and i was wondering if it is possible for me to leave the light on TOO much? would that cause it to receed? i need help i don't want to lose $60!!! thanks

Hey I'm new but my torch does this when it has caught a piece of food or has been touched by something. I wouldn't fear it should come back out in time, just keep an eye on it.

Yeah to much is NG also. Is your light on a timer? Simple and cheap. I set mine for 11 hours on the atinics and 8 for the MH.
