Help!

I think this is bad.Ok my temp of my tank is at 81 in the day and 79 at night.Is this ok?I dont want spend any money on a chiller

i think that it is fine within somewhere around 76 to 84 but both numbers are pushin' the limits

Bump your heater up to 81.

i think your OK, i keep my tank at 80ish, no problems thus far

u might want to buy a new theremo. I dont see how an aggressive tank can get that hot. Is ur air on? THe heat should be at 81 so ur temp doesnt move as much and stress or fish.

my heater goes on when the temp reaches 77

If your temp is rising to 81 max during the day then by setting your heater to 81 you will have less of a swing in temp, maybe no swing at all.
