Adding 5 fish at one time is risky, and not often recommended.
The Mandarin has very specific diet requirements and is an extremly timid fish.
What kind of angel ?
How big are your existing fish ?
FO tank or what ?

how long has your tank been set up ? the manderine will need around 100lbs of LR with a good pod population to survive. they are not a good choice for a tank thats not matured. also i think your tank is too small for the tangs along with the fact that they dont do well with there own species. a convict tang also can get up to 11 inches along with the porcupine which is fairly large for your tank. the porcupine is also agressive and may eat your smaller fish. the huma huma can become even larger.

you can change that by going into my profile(at the top right of the page, then view/edit profile, then change anything you wish
also, do you have lr, and dsb with a good pod population?
if not i'd nix the mandarin for sure
the fish you already have are going to get large, as well as the tang, and angel(unless it is a dwarf) therefore, I don't think that I would add any thing but the cardinal, the tangs should have a min of 75 gal alone, and with multiple tangs a trigger and a porc puffer, i would look at a 150 or better, being small, you may be ok for a while, but most of these fish you have will grow much larger, contrary to prior belief "marine fish do NOT grow to fit their tank", the trigger and puffer, when they grow, they may be a problem for your clown, cardinal and mandarin
plus, it is not advisable to add that many fish at once, you'd be doubling your biolad too fast
