i having a algea outbreak. all my perimeters are normal and i started after i did a water change. i bought some premix water from my lfs could that have caused it. never had problem. 72 gal 30lbs live rock 70 lbs live sand 5 chromis 2 clown, 3 humbugs, foxface, yellow tang, hatian anonemone, and a flower pot.....:help: :help: :help: :help:

The water could be an issue. I used to get water from my LFS and had the same issue. I them purchased my own DI water system and it helped. Also what type of lighting, how old, and how long do you keep the lights on?

i have the 48 inch Current system. i keep on 12 hrs blue light and white light on 10 hrs

You could try to reduce your lights or else you can get a TDS meter for about $20 and test the water you are buying at the LFS. They are both cheap options that you can look at first.

sounds to me like to much ligtho. cut it back for a week and see if it wipes it out, it worked for me.
