HELP!!!!!!!!!!

When I came home tonight I noticed a small part of my first anemone (Haitian condi) hanging out of my powerhead intake. So I shut the powerhead off and took it apart. It was clean. So I guess the powerhead chopped it up and blew it throughout the tank. What concerns me is when I bought the anemone, they told me that if it ever died, to get it out of the tank IMMEDIATELY, as this is worse than a dead fish in there. I see no small parts of the anemone in my 55 gal tank,so what next? Problem #1 is I'm about 50 miles from the nearest LFS, have no medicines or chemicals. Problem #2 is being scared about how this will affect the other fish in the tank. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

What kind and size powerhead are we talking here ?
How big a condy ?
Do you have a lot of live rock or other structures in your tank ?
After re-reading this several times and thinking - I'm finding it hard to understand why you see no other parts of this condy in your tank.
Granted, powerheads are pretty good at moving water, but to totally suck in and chop up a condy, with no bits or pieces of it to be found, is just wild IMO.
Not saying it didn't happen by any means - just was wondering if by chance it could have gotten a few tentacles yanked off - and then retreated under some rock.
My condy on several occasions got a tentacle pulled into the suction of a powerhead. Lost a few "arms" but was not totally sucked into the unit.
Just a thought ;)
