I have a 125 gallon fish FOWLR tank and on my white reef sand theres this brown stuff on it. My fish tank is completely cycled been done for about 4 months now so whats the problem and what fish or inverts can clean the sand.

a big sleeper goby would work if none of your other fish can eat it
Or just take a wooden dowl and mix up the sand it will stopp all of your problems

Or, the easier route is to get a clean-up crew of snails and hermits to eat the algae.
What is your nitrate level, and do you use RO or tap water?

My nitrate levels are normal and i have a reverse osmosis when i do water changes you think i could be over feeding them?

You may need more water flow. Its not good to stir up your sand.
