I put a yellow star colony in my tank about 2 hours ago and I have not seen a single polup come out. It was big and full at my friends house. I did acclimate and everything. Is it dead or am I worring for no reason. What should the flow and light be for it too?

Give it at least a day before you worry too much. Medium flow/medium light

At least a day is needed for a newly introduced coral.
