my pump for my eclipse filter just died out on me tonight. i really dont use it for anything except circulation and airation. i have a powerhead that puts out 160 gph (i have a 29 gal). will this be good enough to keep my tank alive overnight?
stock is:
xenia
capnella
zoos
flame hawkfish
leopard wrasse
~ 12 hermits
is there anything i can do in the meantime while until tomorrow?
thanks

Do you have a old fashion carbon HOB filter? If so hook that up for added flow. Hell if you got some carbon pads put those on for the time being as well! GL!

Actually the HOB filters are either Emperor or Peguin. Made by Marineland like the Eclipse hoods & same technology. Not trying to be a smart*** just filling you in. I think just trough the night the powerheads should be fine & like misskitty said carbon wouldn't be a bad idea. I just wouldn't wait around first thing do that. You could always go to a 24 hr WalMart & buy a new filter just be on the safe side.
