The light is not really that much of a concern unless you are running it more than 12-14 hours per day or you have an extreme amount of wattage. 4.75 watts per gallon is very good, and definitely not too high.
Algae is usually caused by an elevated level of nutrients in the water (high nitrates, phosphates, and silicates). Are you testing these levels? Are you using tap or RO water?
Your calcium level should be between 400-460 ppm. You definitely need calcium in your tank. I cannot tell you if that is all you need unless you know your calcium levels. I would definitely pick up a calcium and alkalinity test kit. You want your alkalinity (dkH) between 8 and 12.

Lion, (sorry don't mean to steal the thread) Isn't it more than just wattage, but type of lighting? How many watts should you be shooting for? And doesn't matter what type of wattage. I am making sense?

Yes, lighting is more than just wattage (type of light, depth of tank, spectrum of bulbs, corals being kept, etc), but that was not the concern on this thread, so I was not going to focus on that.

Like I said, didn't mean to steal the thread. I wasn't trying to prove you wrong or anything, it was a legit question.
