Hi everyone,
ok, I have some problems with my leg right now, here is the story, on September 25th, I pushed a chair out from my desk, and then I had shooting pains in my knee. Later that week, Thursday, my leg swelled up, a very good size. I saw a doctor at one of the medical injury place things. I had an x-ray and an MRI that day. Then on the Monday after that, I had an MRI with Iv contrast, then finally I had an ultrasound. They think it was my medial quad, but weren't positive. I started physicl therepy, it got better, I improved, more bend, then I hit 93 degrees bend, and my leg stiffed, not even 70 degrees two days after the 90. I got up to 80 today, and seems to be improving. The real question is, can anyone offer any ideas on exercises, or anything else.
