help! :)

:notsure: I just got 2 1 and 1/2 inch holes drilled into my 90 gallon today and I want to set up a reef system. Should I get a mag drive 1200 or 1800? will it be too much flow with the 1800 for smaller fish? And how big of a sump tank should I use...

To be safe, just go with the 1800, you could always crank it down a little if you needed. For a sump, go as big as you can fit.

Remember the tidal flow in the ocean is very strong. Small fish will be okay and seek out comfortable spots in your aquarium. Get as big of a sump as you can/want. Mag Drive pump is a good choice but you will probably want to also look at powerheads to eliminate dead spots or a large return pump T'd off to provide multiple returns. A spray bar. Determine your head loss via chart below and calculate your turnover rate. Reef tanks require a lot of turnover 15-30 times/hour or more.
