k..is it flipped over? I hope you helped it get right side up. I don't know if there is any hope for it right now but anemones are funny in that way. One minute they look like they are going to die on you and then they look like they are happy.
hopefully it looks better this morning.. if you helped flip it over.

Looks to me like he's turning himself inside out... That's a bad thing. Make sure you remove him before he rots. You can smell when he starts to rot, by pulling him to the surface.
