Looks like some kind of filefish; I would guess a tasseled filefish--but I don't think they are native to Fla---but who knows where a fish might turn up. When I lived in the Fla Keys (30) years ago, we spotted a grown Moorish Idol while diving, we caught him and showed him to a Marine officer-the next day it croaked.
Ye i'd have to agree with srfisher but im not sure its a tasseled cause they are more tan, that looks kinda green. watch out if you have crabs, crabs like filefish
Hard to tell from the Pictures, I would say Acreichthys Tomentosus/Bristle Tail/Green, But it could be a Aluterus Schoepfii/Orange Filefish.
Can you get a clear Picture?
If it is Acreichthys Tomentosus, they are great at controlling Aiptasia, and stay smaller, the Aluterus Schoepfii gets large, It is not a Tassled.
