i just purchased a flower anemone and it will not come loose from its acclimation bag. i tried gently pulling him from his underside but i dont want to hurt him, also i dont know how strong his sting is so i havent got a good angle

Turn the bag inside out then place the anemone on a rock & point a power head directly at anemone. It will release itself from the bag & move because of water flow from power head.

cut the bag around the anemone, and place the back and the anemone in the tank. He will gradually move along and off of the plastic.

tarball also has it goin' on! lol. There's many ways, the main thing is to let the anemone come out and off of the bag on it's own.
